About this activity

The course includes approximately 10 hours of theoretical lessons and practical sessions in confined and open waters.
In estate le immersioni in acquee delimitata verranno effettuate presso il lago di Bolsena, mentre in inverno in piscina.

At the end of the lessons, there will be a practical and theoretical assessment test.
